Welcome to Supreme Lifters. By using our system to purchase elevator-related products and book services or meetings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Use
The system is designed for customers to purchase elevator-related products, track their orders, upload proof of payment, and book meetings for services. By using the system, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration, purchasing, and booking.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Account Information and Verification: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sign-up and login require email verification via Gmail to ensure security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the Company immediately.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when making purchases, tracking orders, or booking meetings. Any inaccuracies may result in delays or cancellation of services.
3. Lawful Use: You must use the system for lawful purposes only. Any fraudulent activities, including providing false information or unauthorized uploads, will result in termination of your access and possible legal action.
Purchasing Elevator-Related Products
1. Elevator Products Only: The system offers elevator-related products for sale. Availability is subject to stock levels. If a product is out of stock, the Company will notify you and allow you to modify or cancel your order.
2. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent. If you do not receive confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact customer support.
3. Proof of Payment: You must upload proof of payment after purchasing, either through GCash QR code or EastWest Bank transfer. You can only upload the proof once. Ensure that the proof is correct and clear. If there are issues, contact support before attempting another transaction.
4. Order Tracking: After your order has been confirmed, you can track its status through the system. The Company will provide updates regarding shipment and delivery timelines.
Booking Meetings and Services
1. Booking Availability: The system allows you to book meetings with the Company to discuss installation, repair, or maintenance services. Meeting slots are subject to the availability of both customers and Company representatives.
2. Meeting Confirmation: Once your meeting is booked, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. You must provide accurate contact details to receive notifications.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your meeting up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Service Payments: Payments for services can be made via cash on delivery (COD) or other payment methods as specified by the Company. Details will be provided when the service is booked or during the meeting.
Payments and Refunds
1. Product Payments: Payments for elevator-related products must be made through either GCash QR code or EastWest Bank transfer. No other payment methods are accepted for product purchases.
2. Service Payments: For services, you may opt for cash on delivery (COD) or use alternative payment methods as instructed by the Company at the time of booking.
3. Refunds for Products: Refunds are handled according to the Company’s return policy, detailed in the “Returns & Refunds” section of the system. Contact customer support for assistance with refunds.
4. Service-Related Refunds: For service-related refunds, issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the problem.
Data Privacy
1. Personal Data: The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration, purchase, or booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
2. Data Use: By using the system, you agree to the collection and use of your data for order tracking, proof of payment processing, and booking management.
Limitation of Liability
1. System Access: The Company does not guarantee that the system will be error-free or uninterrupted. System maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily impact access.
2. No Warranty: The system is provided “as is,” and the Company makes no warranties regarding its functionality or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the system.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
